A disaster is never convenient, but a storm, a fire, an earthquake or another calamity can be particularly devastating when it strikes an unprepared business.

These days, most companies are savvy enough to make regular and thorough backups of their key business data. But what happens if the backup disks are located in an office that's now 10 feet underwater, melted in a fire or blown into a neighboring county by the wind?
